About the Role

A Country Veterinary Clinic in Wilmington, NC is looking for a Hospital Manager to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will help create a collaborative yet engaging work environment, and share our commitment to providing exceptional client service and veterinary care to our loyal clients and their pets.

The Hospital Manager will be responsible for operational oversight of our hospital, including the leadership of the technician and receptionist support teams; managing financial and business development of the practice, including managing budget and key performance indicators; and overseeing client care and communications by mentoring support staff to demonstrate exceptional customer service.

We have three nearby beaches Wrightsville Beach Carolina Beach and Topsail Beach for you to spend your days surfing, tanning, fishing, or whatever your heart desires. Wilmington is also a great place for "foodies" as there are so many amazing locally owned restaurants to choose from. If you're not big on beach life, there is also a more rural countryside area nearby which is a huge benefit for horse lovers.
