Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have any special considerations regarding payment, please discuss this with the receptionist prior to seeing the doctor. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, CareCredit, and ScratchPay.

Medication Refill Policy
To improve patient care, we please request a refill for your pet’s medication(s) in one of the following ways:
1. For pick-up prescriptions, please request a refill with 24-48 hours’ notice by leaving us a voicemail at (910) 399-2934, texting, or emailing.
2. You can also request a refill through our online pharmacy, Vetcove, with a 24-—to 48-hour notice and your pet's medication and products will be shipped right to your door. Note that Vetcove does not offer refunds or accept exchanges. Shop Now >
3. A written script can be provided for you to take to a pharmacy of your choice. We do not fax or call prescriptions to other pharmacies.
